WHAT HAPPENS WHEN THE UNIT GETS DELIVERED?
When the unit is delivered, our technician will inspect the site where the unit is to be placed to ensure that it is free of any obstacles or hazards to the unit or anyone playing in it. Since the unit has to be anchored in some manner, we will inquire as to any underground sprinkler systems to make sure that our stakes do not puncture a hidden pipe. After the inspection, we will set-up the unit and review safe operating instructions.
WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
We accept all major credit cards.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
If the reservation is cancelled at least 7 days prior to the originally scheduled rental date, the deposit is fully refundable. If the reservation is cancelled 6 or fewer calendar days prior to the delivery date it will be held as an available credit for any rental date in the next 6 months. If cancellation is performed on the day of delivery, but before the delivery/install (which may be up to 1 calendar day before the actual rental date) up to 50% of the total balance will still be required. (If item has already been delivered/installed then 100% of balance is owed regardless of any cancellation request.)
DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?

WILL THE BOUNCE HOUSE HARM MY LAWN?
No, the unit will not harm your lawn. In some cases we place a tarp down under the bounce house to make sure that any movement will minimize any damage. We will place stakes in the yard to help anchor the unit, but this does no permanent damage.
DO I HAVE TO SIGN A CONTRACT OR A WAIVER?
A waiver must be signed before any equipment is set up. Adult supervision is mandatory while equipment is in use.
WHAT IS NOT ALLOWED IN THE BOUNCE HOUSE?
NO SHOES. NO CLOTHING WITH BUCKLES, ZIPPERS, OR CHAINS. NO BUBBLE GUM. NO FOOD OR DRINK ON INFLATABLE. NO SILLY SIRINS. NO ADULTS OVER 175 LBS.If for some reason we find the jumper has been misused in any way and we have to perform extra cleaning duties to remove food or any other materials then a cleaning fee will be charged.
